The only thing I dread about going back to work is the first week of PD. Our school is having some renovations and we are not sure when we will be able to get into our classrooms, lets face it all we want to do IS set up our classrooms. Thought this pin was PERFECT to express my feelings :)

I DREAD the back to school professional development. Usually it is just meetings about how we did on last year's standardized tests and a bunch of icebreaker activities with teachers we've known for years...just let me work in my room!

What other profession do they have to pack up their room and then have to unpack at the beginning of each year w/o pay. We get one day to work in our rooms, that it is not enough time to get it done.
